  • Recharges carry forward any existing airtime and, except if the existing validity is longer, resets the expiry date to the expiry of the newly loaded voucher.
  • If you do not recharge before the end of the expiry window, your airtime expires, and you will need to recharge the SIM card in order to use it again.
  • When doing a recharge to prevent expiry of your airtime, do it at least 5 days before expiry in case there is a delay with the processing of your recharge.
  • During the checkout process you have the ability to future-date the loading of your airtime, so there is no reason to leave it for the 11th hour.

Doing Prepaid Recharges
  • To check your airtime balance and expiry date dial 691# from an Inmarsat BGAN terminal.
  • Top-up vouchers are loaded by Ashbury SatCom’s activations people, directly onto the SIM card.
  • Please enter the telephone number or SIM card serial into the relevant field during the checkout process.
  • You will receive an email once your order has completed processing, which means that your airtime has been loaded. This typically takes 4 hours during business hours, 72 hours over weekends.
  • If you buy a top-up on our website for a SIM card that was not supplied by us, you will be offered a new SIM free of charge.
